Default Prophecies Challenges

Let's state the premises:
- Factions, Nightfall, and probably GW:EN have challenges. Prophcies don't, because it's an new feature.
- But it is not a Factions-only feature, since it is also in
- When the arenas left to Battle isles, their doors remained in Denravi, Droknar's and Ammnoon Oasis. And and empty unrevealed map space that only those who had already been in the arenas have.
- There are enough empty spaces in Tyria map that you can fit almost anything, and many challenges can be fit in just a small area.
- You can't say they can't or won't add new thinks after a release, since they added Grenth's Footprint, the Anguish, more quests, they changed all the dialogs in Prophecies to use buttons... and they even state that this can be made in the terms of use.
- People who really like challenges and people who bought prophecies after any of the two other campaings have told me that they find propheceis a bit 'empty and slow'.

So, I think that would be nice to have 3..5..6 challenges in Prophecies, using the blocked doors, but, not as Factions challenges, with almost no reward bu a few faction points, but more like Nightfall ones, with any kind of reward, for example, tokes to get stuff from collectors, like Kits or beer.

Let me show some examples:
- Denravi: Stopping a HUGE horde of White Matles, remember Sanctum Cay when you wait too much and they gather? They are fanatics, they are a lot, they are angry with you and they will bring Mursaat if you are too slow.
- Amnoon: Protect some lost ghosts from creatures you see in the Thombs of primeval kings, helped by Forgotten ones. The ghost awake, and forgotten ones try to guide them, but you must be quick. Anytime you save a ghost, you get points, anytime a forgotten one dies, you'll lose them!
- Droknar's Forge: Chess - Stop the continuous Stone Summit attacks to Droknar's. Both sides have siege armories, a siege chief and can go to the other side to kill their siege engineers. You must protect Deldrimor dwarves while killing stone summit ones. They will have unlimited power, but if they kill your Main Engineer, you are dead.

Those are the ones with 'door' in the city, but there could be three more:
- Grendich Courthouse: [Placed in the empty space over the post] Charranoia. For 4 characters. The Charr, angry for their defeat in Nolani Academi and Rin, are setting a final offensive against Ascalon. Go from post to post preventing them to use those crystal spear rituals again. If they can send one single crystal spear, you fail. I don't like much this one... I think Ascalon should have no Challenge, like Shin Jea and Istan do not.
- Beetletun: [Placed in the empty space Northeasst of the post] Undead solo fun. The continuation of the infamous quest you can start there: For single player, with mending shrines all the way from certain spots, you have to find the spots from when the Unded come, and capture them, so the unded start working for you.
- Fire Islands: [Placed in the Northwester empty island] Danger! Wipe out the Titans! The only place where you could find all the Prophecies Titan types without being inside a quest. The Door of Komalie has been just opened, and many titans are going through the portals, but some stay in the isles, and some come back after changing in the different regions of Tyria. Just, plain and simply kill the more of them you can before they wipe out your party.

Please note more examples if you can think of better challenges, I'd nlike to see more, but keep in mind game plot and and that each area can't have more than one.

All would be for lvl20 characters, so lower characters would be warned that the challenge would be difficult.

I made more suggestions but I don't like to bump them so...

There are too many closed doors in Factions and NF too. Just buy one of the other campaigns and you'll get those challenges. Like you said it's a new feature, and I'm glad Proph has it's flaws

=/ Half the stuff you described are the Titan Quests

They have laided Prophs to rest soon, and GWEN will be mostly Tyria stuff anyway.

I don't mean 'ADD IT NOW' but... before you leave us alone... make all the campaings be a whole one uniform game.

By making some things be in all campaings. This is something like that theydid with the dialogs... but, of course, this would require much more work, so en if it comes only by gtting GW:EN I would be happy.

I loved Prophecies...the theme and setting was great. It would be nice to have a reason to go back other than for trading in LA

Though, it should be noted, before the Battle Isles were added those "doors going nowhere" lead to PvP arenas.

The closed places at those cities are the Arenas. Also there's Sorrow's Furnace, the Titan Quests, then there's always the Tomb of Primeval Kings. And if you really want, you can challenge yourself by playing the last missions since there's a lack of people there. I'm sure they'd like the help.

I would like to see some more things added to proph. Make all of the games universal.

Prophecies is the best campaign and needs more attention. Some of these ideas are basically just "fight a million of <something>", but great nonetheless, and better than nothing.

My favorite ideas of yours:
-The Stone Summit battles with siege chiefs.
-Beetletun (capturing undead is a good idea).
-Ring of Fire (it's simple, but I always loved the challenge of fighting titans while following the chain and interrupting some fairly dangerous skills used by them (Rodgort's Invocation, anyone?)).
